Laughing is an excellent way to good health. Not only does it keep the blood running but it is also a superb stress buster. This is popularly known as humor therapy.

Laughing gives you a thorough internal workout - exercising the diaphragm, ads and shoulder muscles. Apart from that, it overall cleanses your body and adds to your well-being and is a sure shot plus to a healthy lifestyle.

If you cannot find reasons to laugh normally - You can watch comedy movies or hang out with close friends to induce laughter. If that is not possible, you can just fake it - Ever seen people holding hands in a circle every morning and just laughing their hearts out ? That is fake laughter but it is surely very beneficial. Try it !
